What care is needed?
One Pilot Jewelry products are designed and manufactured to last and showcase a unique style, so they don't require specific care. Like any jewelry, they will experience common wear and tear. Here are some recommendations you can follow to extend the life of your jewelry:
Avoid chemicals, seawater, and pool water.
If your painted jewelry gets wet, let it air dry without rubbing it.
Clean occasionally with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust and make it shine like new.
When will I receive my order?
We will work to ship your order as soon as possible. When it ships, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that it takes us 24-72 hours to process your order. Delivery time begins once your order is with the shipping carrier.
